Digital resources have now become an essential tool of research. However their very abundance and proliferation cause problems that are only compounded by the huge variety of service providers available, the dispersal of the sites and the complexity of Internet subscription sharing among the IAO’s various parent establishments.
This page lists resources by site and provider, and catalogs the main publications on East Asia by title. It is specially intended for LIEAS research scholars and Ph. D candidates. Access to resources is conditional on affiliation with IAO parent establishments. Subscriptions to digital resources are managed by the IAO.
The page of resources and links has a twofold purpose : it points research scholars and Ph. D candidates towards sites useful for research and offers the general public links providing information on East Asia.
IAO has developed a site using the Netbvibes platform with a specialized « Research links » page and a general « Information and orientation » page.
The following section is for IAO research scholars and Ph.D students only. Identity and individual passwords are required for accessing resources..
How to access the different portals :
Lyons ENS : User name + password
Lyons 2 : User name + password
Lyon 3 : User name + password
BiblioSHS : Unit ID + password [IAO members : approach the IAO librarians]
For questions on access and other problems, contact FENG Yi.
